How much lead time is required?

Lead time requirements vary based on catering you select. For off-site office catering, 2 hours lead time is sufficient if you do not require delivery. For delivery orders we require minimum 24 hours. For on-site event and party catering the earlier the better so we can plan for that perfect function.

Where do you delivery and what is the delivery cost?

We deliver throughout Sydney and delivery cost is normally $15 per order.

How do I place orders?

You can do that by pressing the Order Online button. If you need something special or have extra instructions, just include it in the Comments section. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail or visit any of our locations.

How can I pay?

We accept direct deposit into our bank account, VISA, Master Card, American Express or payment at your local restaurant.

Who do I contact if I need help with the menu or require a customized quote?

Wok on Inn Catering will gladly guide you with quantities and serving sizes with our menus. We can offer a customized menu to tailor your needs. Contact us or send us an e-mail or visit any of our locations to speak with our Catering Manager.

How do I know that my order has been received?

Once we have received your order, we will then contact you directly by e-mail to confirm your order.

How is Wok on Inn different from other catering companies?

We do not like to blow our own horn but we always try to deliver an extraordinary experience of Asia. Unlike others our focus is only on Asian noodles, street food and Asian snacks. This starts with authenticity. We use homemade authentic sauces and concentrate on flavour and cooking techniques. We do not add any added MSG and always use the highest quality, freshest ingredients we can find to bring you the best of Asian street food.
